CASARORO FALLS
The single veil of Casaroro Falls drops unimpeded down a ninety-foot ravine and into a swirling pool that, well, reminds you of a flushing toilet. Jutting rocks await the water as it falls in a great and mighty roar.
Huge tree ferns in verdant hues and intricate patterns shroud rock faces covered by mother nature herself.
PULANGBATO FALLS
Pulangbato Falls has a wide cascade. The water pours down into a swimming hole that is also deep enough for high dives. Enthusiasts clamber up to a nearby rock that functions as a diving point and free fall into the water basin. The shape of Pulangbato Falls has been considered unique because of its layered structure. At the first tier, the cascade begins narrowly and widens progressively as it moves down the next levels. At a distance, the waterfalls look triangular in shape.
White Sand Bar
Though technically belonging to the jurisdiction of the neighboring Manjuyod town, the sand bar is closely associated to Bais City because of its proximity and popularity in the Bais area. It is also a major stopover during dolphin and whale watching group tours organized by the Bais City Tourism Council. The boat is temporarily anchored so that the guests can picnic, swim, sunbathe, and laze around, snorkel or scuba dive in the waters surrounding the sand bar.
NILUDHAN FALLS
The trip from Dumaguete to Bayawan, and from Bayawan to Mabinay will allow you to see a myriad of interesting sites and glimpse at the provincial live of the local people of Negros Oriental. A 20-kilometer stretch of the Bayawan-Mabinay road, starting from Sitio Sitio Gamao to the falls drop-off point, is quite rough and bumpy. But this small inconvenience will be greatly rewarded with the hypnotic beauty of this stunning waterfall.
